Forms and email
Our contact, application, support and workshop request forms open your own email app with your answers filled in. Nothing reaches us until you press send.
Error monitoring
Some JSP platforms report technical errors to us (Sentry) so we can fix them. These reports set no cookies and build no advertising profile.
JSP One apps
The JSP One and JSP One Instructor apps use your JSP One ID and the same course data as JSP SkillHub. On your phone they keep your sign-in in secure storage and, to work without a connection, recent course data, lessons you choose to save, and where you stopped in each video; all of it is removed when you sign out. If you allow notifications, we keep your phone's notification address to send session reminders, answers and messages, and payment and certificate updates; turn them off in the app's Profile or your phone's settings. Your phone's name labels the sign-in on your JSP One ID Security page. The apps show no advertising and track you across no other apps.
Deleting your account
You can delete your JSP One ID at any time from your JSP One ID profile (also reachable from the apps' Profile). This deletes your account and the personal information JSP platforms hold with it, including your SkillHub courses, progress and certificates.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, object to its use, or withdraw a consent at any time, under the GDPR in the EU, Kenya's Data Protection Act 2019 and Uganda's Data Protection and Privacy Act 2019. Write to info@jspcomputereducation.com.
